R.I.C.C. welcomes all participants to a new season of early music courses.

You are to be reminded that, 3 weeks before the start of a course, depending on the number of applicants, the decision will be made whether or not the course will take place. For some courses an earlier deadline is given which can be seen in the course description. It is advisable, therefore, to try to send the application before the deadline for each particular course.

R.I.C.C. needs the following information from applicants not living in Denmark:
- The course number of the course for which you are signing up
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your telephone number
- Your postal address
- Instrument(s) - details of those to be brought to the course
- Your singing voice S A T B (if singing is part of the course)

R.I.C.C. would prefer to receive applications at least 3 weeks before the chosen course starts. You are allowed to withdraw your application up to 2 weeks before the start of any course, after which the application is binding.

The course price is given in the course description.

Payment: After application for a course, an e-mail will be sent to you circa 3 weeks before the course starts. Payment should take place at the latest 14 days before the course starts, but participants living outside Denmark may pay cash on arrival at the course.

Accomodation: Normally foreign participants ask for advice about accomodation. There is a hostel close to Copenhagen Town Hall Square. The website for this hostel is www.danhostel.dk.
